‘The Daily Bugle’ Website Launched to Promote ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ Release

With the 4K, Blu-ray and DVD release of Marvel’s latest hit Spider-Man: Far From Home only a week away, their marketing team has released a unique promotion for this occasion. They have launched a website of the well-known Newspaper “The Daily Bugle” which fans will know from previous adaptations of the Spider-Man comics and several other incarnations of the Spider-Man universe.

The website contains a video starring J.K. Simmons as the editor and boss of “The Bugle”, J. Jonah Jameson. Simmons has played the character in previous Spider-Man movies (the version starring Tobey Maguire in 2002, 2004 and 2007) as well as an animated series. The fake news segment on the website refers to the post-credit scene in Spider-Man: Far From Home, where (spoiler alert!) Peter Parker’s identity is revealed. Additionally, the website contains several articles in the context of the movie’s universe.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is available on Digital now and available on 4K Ultra HD, DVD, and Blu-ray on October 1, so make sure to order your copy soon!

This little PR-release is certainly a treat for all fans! You can check it out here and watch the video below:

Conny joined her first fandom at the tender age of three and somehow never stopped finding new things to obsess about and love. Her current love is everything Marvel, especially two characters who tend to be frozen at one point or the other. From Drag Race to Harry Potter or musical theatre, as long as it makes her smile (or cry), it’s probably her thing.
