Trailer for Tom Holland Led ‘Cherry’ Released

Apple TV+ has finally released the trailer for its highly anticipated and long-awaited film, Cherry! Cherry is the next upcoming project for the Russo Brothers who filmed the movie in their hometown. Yesterday, new stills were released and it was announced that the first trailer would arrive today — and it’s finally here!

The film is based on the semi-autobiographical novel by Nico Walker that follows Cherry (Holland), a Cleveland man who meets the love of his life Emily (Ciara Bravo) only to risk losing her through bad decisions and challenging circumstances. Cherry serves in the Iraq war, but when he returns home, he has to battle his undiagnosed PTSD, causing him to spiral into drug addiction. After draining his finances, Cherry turns to bank robbing to fund his addiction, shattering his relationship with Emily along the way.

Michael Rispoli, Jack Reynor, Jeff Wahlberg, Michael Gandolfini, and Forrest Goodluck also star.

Cherry lands in theaters on February 26 and on Apple TV+ March 12.

New Challenges Are on the Horizon in Promo for ‘9-1-1’ Season 4

0

We’re gearing up for another exciting, nail-biting, and tear-jerker season of FOX’s procedural drama 9-1-1 as the premiere is less than a week away. 9-1-1 follows the high-pressure experiences of a group of first responders in Los Angeles, namely the firefighters of Station 118.

FOX shared a new promo clip this morning for season 4, which hints at some of the various challenges that our characters will soon be facing.

At the beginning of the video, Bobby worries over Athena as she assures him that she’s going to be okay. This means that Athena (and her family) will still be working on her recovery after the attack that she was a victim of in the season 3 episode “Powerless.” After a brief glimpse at the 118 looking for survivors from the mudslide, we then get a peek at the Buckley parents. There’s also a slightly concerning clip of Maddie telling Chimney that she thinks she’s scared, and Chimney asks her if she means the baby.

Watch the full video below!

In case you missed it, stills from the season premiere “The New Abnormal” and episode 2 “Alone Together” have also been released.

9-1-1 stars Angela Bassett, Peter Krause, Oliver Stark, Aisha Hinds, Kenneth Choi, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ryan Guzman, Rockmond Dunbar, and more.

Season 4 of 9-1-1 will premiere on FOX next Monday, January 18 at 8 p.m. EST, followed by the season 2 premiere of 9-1-1: Lone Star. Seasons 1-3 of 9-1-1 are now streaming on Hulu.

Looking Back on the Funniest Lines From ‘9-1-1’

0

FOX’s hit procedural series 9-1-1 follows the harrowing experiences of a group of first responders in Los Angeles — namely the firefighters of Station 118. Between all of the close calls, the losses, and the personal drama in the lives of our main characters, 9-1-1 has a tendency to be a bit of a tearjerker. However, one of the things that makes the show so enjoyable is the snarky comments, fun banter, and downright hilarious moments that balance out the drama in between.

With less than a week to go until the premiere of season 4 of 9-1-1, we’re taking a look back at some of the funniest lines to come out of seasons 1 through 3. Is it a coincidence that most of these involve Buck in some way, shape, or form? Probably not.

Buck: “Congratulations, Connor. It’s a boy.”
Courtesy of FOX.

Leave it to Buck not only be unbothered while removing a tapeworm from someone, but to then close with a joke after the fact. (Season 1, Episode 7)

Buck: “You have an AOL e-mail account still? It is literally like you were frozen in ember in 1995.”
Bobby: “It’s ‘amber,’ not ’ember,’ you idiot.”
Courtesy of FOX.

Bobby Nash with the comeback! Ever try to roast someone and then get burned yourself? Sorry, Buck. (Season 1, Episode 10)

Chimney: “All right, Buckaroo. If you were not a member of the LAFD, what would you be doing?”
Buck: “Uh, I don’t know. I’m not getting fired, am I?”
Chimney: “That’s inevitable.”
Hen: “He’d be a golden retriever.”
Courtesy of FOX.

To be fair, it’s an accurate observation. (Season 2, Episode 2)

Store Owner: “Was a state of emergency officially declared?”
Athena: “The San Andreas Fault declared one just before lunch today. You may have noticed.”
Courtesy of FOX.

You heard her. (Season 2, Episode 3)

Maddie: “He is so cute.”
Buck: “Yeah, he gets that a lot. Uh, you should meet his kid, though.”
Maddie: “Wait, Chimney has a kid?”
Buck: “No, I-I thought you meant …”

You thought she meant who, Buck? (Season 2, Episode 6)

Buck: “Did these beauty queens shrink, or are we suddenly giants?”
Courtesy of FOX.

This will forever remain one of the funniest moments in the history of this show, period. (Season 2, Episode 6)

Chimney: “Oh, looks like the baby Jesus broke your fall.”
Buck: “That’s a Christmas miracle.”
Courtesy of FOX.

It’s the little things, right? (Season 2, Episode 10)

Chimney: “So we had another one on standby in case you crashed and burned that said ‘Better Buck next time.'”

TWO cakes? They had so much faith in him. (Season 3, Episode 1)

Buck: “Yeah, well, this is the only place that has … Happy Cat laxative powder.”
Hen: “You’re buying cat laxative?”
Buck: “Yeah, I’ve been thinking of, uh, of getting a cat.”
Chimney: “And you’re anticipating your new cat will be irregular.”
Courtesy of FOX.

Okay so … perhaps lying on the spot isn’t Buck’s forte. (Season 3, Episode 5)

Chimney: “Okay, are you a good omen or a bad omen? ‘Cause, you know, I Googled you, and the old wives are kind of divided on this question.”
Courtesy of FOX.

Is anyone else really hoping that the crow shows back up again in season 4? (Season 3, Episode 6)

Buck: “He’s not really Santa.”
Child: “He’s not real?”
Buck: “No, no, sweetie. He’s just pretend.”
Child: “Santa’s pretend?”
Buck: “That’s right.”
Courtesy of FOX.

Buck just really has a way with kids. (Season 3, Episode 10)

Chimney: “Closest you’ve gotten to turning on a woman in the past few months is shouting out, ‘Hey, Siri!'”
Buck: “Well, she’s very good to me. She sings me songs, she delivers me food, she tells me where to be, when, and how to get there, and that is pretty much love.”

Oh, Buck. (Season 3, Episode 12)
