‘AEW: Fight Forever’ Release Date Revealed

This morning, AEW and THQ Nordic began teasing news about at the upcoming AEW console game, AEW: Fight Forever. In a tweet, AEW Games revealed the official release date for the game.

AEW: Fight Forever, set to release on June 29, is described as a game that features a nostalgic arcade wrestling feel with innovative AEW finishers and offensive moves. Check out the features which include an online co-op multi-player option, below.

  • Talent roster combines biggest legends to enter the ring plus brand new, high-flying AEW stars!
  • Single, tag-team, 3-way, 4-way, ladder, Casino Battle Royale, Falls Count Anywhere, Unsanctioned Lights Out, Exploding Barbed Wire Death and online co-op multi-player matches!
  • Tag team matches feature a sequence of team maneuvers performed with simple commands

In addition, the list of achievements leaked last week, which include “On The Road to Elite,” “Belt Collector,” and “Who Needs Hands,” among others. Check out the full list below.

Belt Collector: Hold a title match in Exhibition and win a belt from a COM champion

KABOOM!: Trigger 3 rope explosions on an opponent during an Exploding Barbed Wire Death Match in Exhibition

DANGER: Contents Under Pressure!: Attack an opponent using a barbed wire bat in a Lights Out Match in Exhibition

Finisher Thief: Using the gimmick infringement skill, win a match using the opponent’s finisher

Smooth Footwork: Using the kip-up skill, recover from the ground 5 times in a match

Nice Catch!: Using the anti-air defense skill, catch a dive attack

Off the Guardrail: Using the guardrail drive offensive skill, land 3 dives from the guardrails in a match
