‘The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon’ Renewed for Third Season

AMC has announced that The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon has been renewed for a third season, and will be set in Spain.

Production will begin next month and will be based in Madrid, with shooting also planned in the Galacia, Aragon, Catalonia, and Valencia regions. The news came today during the series’ panel at San Diego Comic Con.

Season three tracks Carol (McBride) and Daryl (Reedus) as they continue their journey towards home and the ones they love. As they struggle to find their way back, the path takes them farther astray, leading them through distant lands with ever-changing and unfamiliar conditions as they witness the various effects of the Walker apocalypse.

Season 2 is set to premiere on AMC and AMC+ on September 29.
