It’s official — a trios tag match has been set for AEW Full Gear with Adam Copeland set to team with Sting and Darby Allin.

The TNT Champion Christian Cage interrupted Copeland’s in-ring promo to reconfirm that he is going to retire Sting at Full Gear whether he likes it or not. He would hate for Copeland’s “fairytale” to end early, so he suggests Copeland back down from him if he knows what’s good for him or he’ll snap his neck. “I’m going to leave you in a wheelchair to live the rest of your life and let your kids wipe the drool away from your face saying, ‘daddy, you used to be somebody,” Cage said. He then instructs Nick Wayne and Luchasaurus to give him a preview of what’s to come.

Copeland takes out Wayne but when Cage enters the ring, he is blindsided by Luchasaurus who attacks him from behind. As Wayne goes to the outside to get a chair from under the ring, Allin and Sting come to Copeland’s aid. Copeland spears Cage and sets the challenge for Full Gear: Adam Copeland, Sting, and Darby Allin vs. Christian Cage, Nick Wayne, and Luchasaurus.

AEW Full Gear takes place at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on November 18. Tickets for the event are on-sale now.
