Mitchell Slaggert Joins ‘The Sex Lives of College Girls’ Season 2
The Sex Lives of College Girls is welcoming a new student to its ranks. Mitchell Slaggert has joined the cast of the show’s upcoming season as a series regular. Deadline was first to report.
There’s currently no further information on who Slaggert will play. However, as a series regular it’s likely that viewers can expect him to cross paths with the show’s four main characters — Bela, Whitney, Kimberly, and Leighton — one way or another, whether it be as a love interest, a friend, or a rival (or even all three).
The Sex Lives of College Girls follows Bela, Whitney, Kimberly, and Leighton, four roommates and friends at New England Essex College beginning their first year of college. Throughout the first season, the girls juggle social and academic challenges as they try to figure out where they fit in. As the season ended, Kimberly’s future with Essex was left on uncertain grounds, Leighton and Alicia broke up and Leighton came out to Kimberly, Whitney told her mother about Dalton, and Bela and Evangeline left The Catullan to start their own comedy group.
The Sex Lives of College Girls stars Amrit Kaur, Reneé Rapp, Pauline Chalamet, and Alyah Chanelle Scott, with recurring stars including Ilia Isorelýs Paulino, Renika Williams, Midori Francis, Christopher Meyer, Lauren “Lolo” Spencer, and Sierra Katow.
The Sex Lives of College Girls season 1 is available to watch now on HBO Max. There’s currently no release date for season 2, though it’s expected to release sometime later this year.
