The Red Sea Diving Resort retells one of the greatest rescue missions of all time. Evans stars as Ari Kidron, the Mossad agent who led the operation known as “Operation Brothers” in the early 80’s. The mission was to liberate thousands of Jewish Ethiopians from refugee camps in Sudan. The small team of undercover operatives and courageous locals effectively utilized a deserted vacation resort as a front for five years in order to smuggle the imprisoned Ethiopians into the Promised Land by both sea and sky.

Haley Bennett (The Magnificent Seven), Alessandro Nivola (American Hustle), Michael Kenneth Williams (The Wire), Michiel Huisman (The Haunting of Hill House), Greg Kinnear (Little Miss Sunshine) and Sir Ben Kingsley (Schindler’s List) will all co-star alongside Evans in the biopic written and directed by Homeland co-creator Gideon Raff.

The Red Sea Diving Resort will be available for streaming on Netflix beginning July 31, 2019.
