‘Spiral: From the Book of Saw’ Is Headed to STARZ

STARZ is gaining a new horror movie this October, just in time for Halloween. Lionsgate has revealed that its film Spiral: From the Book of Saw will launch exclusively on the platform beginning on October 8. The addition comes as part of a new agreement between Lionsgate and STARZ.

The ninth installment in the Saw franchise, Spiral: From the Book of Saw, follows Detective Zeke Banks as he teams up with his partner William and police veteran Marcus to track a killer terrorizing the city, echoing its gruesome past. Soon, Zeke finds himself caught in the middle of the killer’s game. Read our review of the movie here.

Chris Rock, Max Minghella, Samuel L. Jackson, and Marisol Nichols star. The movie was written by Josh Stolberg and Pete Goldfinger (Jigsaw) and directed by Darren Lynn Bousman (Saw II, Saw III, Saw IV).
