Welcome fellow game nerds! As we are heading into the summer months, are you ready for all the new releases?

Some games this month have been delayed by a few days or weeks, but the upcoming Fairy Tail will not be released until July. Finally, arriving later in the month is June’s most anticipated game, The Last of Us Part 2.

Regardless of the platform you use — Play Station 4 (PS4), Xbox One (XBO), Nintendo Switch (NS), Computer (PC), etc. — there is a game for you to enjoy playing.

I am not sure how the pandemic will affect these releases, or if it will, but here is a list of some of the video games getting released this month.

June 2

Little Town Hero (PS4)

In the isolated village, none of the villagers are allowed to leave. That doesn’t bother some of them, but one wants to see the world. When a Monster comes to the village surprising everyone, the protagonist fights it off using a mysterious Red stone he found. Will he win the fight with his ideas and get to explore the world?

Death Stranding (PC)

“Tomorrow is in Your Hands.” Civilization has collapsed. Sam Bridges goes on a journey across the wasted land that is crawling with otherworldly threats. The cause: mysterious explosions that set off supernatural events called the Death Stranding. When players die, they get sent to another world referred to as an upside-down world in water. When they come back to life, anything that was done or damaged remains in the world. There is also a rain called Timefall that deteriorates whatever it hits.

The highly awaited PC version of the game stars Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen, Lea Seydoux, and Lindsay Wagner. It is directed by Guillermo del Toro, and Nicolas Winding Refn.
