“What if you opened your eyes … and found yourself in the future?”

The podcast DUST is returning shortly with a second season after a successful premiere last fall with Horizons, an anthology of sci-fi audio dramas. In contrast, Flight 008 will also be an anthology, but it will revolve around 11 unique stories where a non-stop flight from Tokyo to San Francisco somehow ends up in the year 2040 after a little “wrinkle in spacetime”-shaped bump in the road.

This upcoming season has an all-star vocal cast that includes the likes of Dan Stevens (Legion), Calista Flockheart (Supergirl), Reid Scott (Veep), Keith David (Halo), Alfred Molina (Spider-Man 2), and Danny Trejo (Machete).

The stories will be helmed by a talented group of science fiction authors, including Nancy Kress (Beggars in Spain), Daniel H. Wilson (Robopocalypse), Charles Yu (How to Live Safely in a Science Fictional Universe), and more.
