Brandon Routh (Legends of Tomorrow) is joining Michael Rosenbaum on this week’s episode of his podcast  Inside of You with Michael Rosenbaum. Routh and Rosenbaum talk about Superman Returns, anxiety and more.

Brandon Routh (Superman Returns, Scott Pilgrim vs the World) joins us to share the thoughts and feelings on his role as Superman not living up to the expectations that he had hoped for. He opens up on the idea of one’s ego clouding self judgement and how it’s important to pursue balance in life. We talk about deflecting as a defense mechanism, overcoming things not within our control, and our purpose day to day.

On his podcast, Rosenbaum chats with his guests about a various range of topics: work experiences, family, relationships but also about anxiety, their struggles and their insecurities. Previous guests of the podcast include Stephen Amell, Zachary Levi, Jensen Ackles, and Morena Baccarin.
