‘Carrie’ Coming to FX as a Limited Series

Stephen King’s Carrie is set to become a limited series on FX. The horror novel follows the titular character Carrie White as she discovers she has telekinesis and takes revenge on her high school bullies. Carrie has received several movies, television, and stage adaptations since the release of the first movie in 1976, but this is the first multi-episode series for the novel.

King’s iconic horror stories have received several adaptations in recent years. Including the film’s ItIt Chapter Two, and Doctor Sleep, the Hulu series Castle Rock, and the highly anticipated HBO original series The Outsider, which is set to premiere January 12, 2020.
