Netflix has released a trailer for its upcoming film Murder Mystery 2.
Taking place four years after the original film, we catch up with Nick and Audrey Spitz who are now full-time detectives struggling to get their private eye agency off the ground. Invited by their old friend Maharaja to attend his wedding on a private island, the couple soon find themselves involved in a kidnapping where all the guests including themselves are suspects.
Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler reprise their roles as Audrey and Nick Spitz with Adeel Akhtar also returning as the Maharajah. The film also includes Mark Strong, Melanie Laurent, Jodie Turner-Smith, Enrique Arce, Tony Goldwyn, and Wilmer Valderrama. Murder Mystery 2 was written by James Vanderbilt and directed by Jeremy Garelick. The film is produced by Sandler, Aniston, Vanderbilt with Allen Covert, Tripp Vinson, and James D. Stern also producing.
