Big Finish is ending 2022 with a new Doctor Who story featuring the 11th Doctor. Doctor Who: Short Trips — The World Tree is written by Nick Slawicz.

Slawicz won the annual Big Finish short story competition held in memory of the late Paul Spragg and his story was produced as a Doctor Who — Short Trip.

Nora Wicker is forgetful. Not big things – not yet, anyway. She remembers her address and where the shops are. She remembers people when they come to visit, no matter how rare that is. But she doesn’t remember where the bush with the red leaves in her garden came from – and she definitely doesn’t remember asking for a house call from the Eleventh Doctor.

The World Tree is produced by Peter Anghelides and read by Lisa Bowerman. The release was announced by Big Finish on Twitter:

Doctor Who: Short Trips – The World Tree is available to download for free on Big Finish website.
