The teaser trailer for the upcoming season 2 of Star Wars: The Bad Batch was released during a panel at Star Wars Celebration. The panel included Brad Rau, Jennifer Corbett Michnovetz, Dee Bradley Baker (voice of The Bad Batch), and Michelle Ang (voice of Omega).

You can watch the trailer below:

The trailer features all our favorites clones and Omega, but also the return of Captain Rex and glimpses of Emperor Palpatine and Commander Cody. The most suprising appearence is that of Gungi the Wookie Padawan first seen in season 5 of The Clone Wars.

Season 2 of the series is composed of 16 episodes and starts a few months after the events of the season 1 finale:

“Months have passed since the events on Kamino and the Bad Batch continue their journey navigating the Empire after the fall of the Republic. They will cross paths with friends and foes, both new and familiar, as they take on a variety of thrilling mercenary missions that will take them to unexpected and dangerous new places.”

Star Wars: The Bad Batch season 2 will premiere on Disney+ this fall. Stay tuned on Nerds and Beyond for more news on The Bad Batch.
