‘Resident Alien’ Renewed for Season 2

Resident Alien, the Syfy show based on the Dark Horse Comics book by Peter Hogan and Steve Parkhouse has been renewed for a second season by the network.

The show, which premiered on January 27, follows Captain Hah Re, an alien who crashed on Earth and took the identity of the local town doctor Harry Vanderspeigle. Alan Tudyk (Firefly, Rogue One) plays both roles. Sara Tomko, Corey Reynolds, Alice Wetterlund and Elizabeth Bowen also star on the show.

The first season is composed of 10 episodes and will conclude on March 31.

Resident Alien is on Wednesdays at 10/9c on Syfy.
