Paul Mescal Will Star in The Rolling Stones’ Music Video For “Scarlet”!

Paul Mescal has had a busy week. The actor made an appearance at Dermot Kennedy’s concert as a special guest, getting the chance to show off his voice. He then received an Emmy nomination for his portrayal of Connell in Normal People. Now, Mescal has announced that he will be starring in the music video for The Rolling Stones’ newest single “Scarlet”! The song is a previously unreleased track featuring Jimmy Page and Blind Faith/Traffic bassist Rick Grech that will be included on the deluxe reissue of the classic Rolling Stones album Goats Head Soup (out September 4).

The band also released a short teaser for the video, which was shot in isolation at London’s iconic Claridge’s Hotel. The full video will be released August 6 at 11 a.m. PST/2 p.m. EST here. For now, watch the short clip below!
