The Pokémon Company came bearing much Pokémon news this morning, most notably the long awaited Pokémon Snap remake for the Nintendo Switch.
However, that wasn’t the only new game that was announced. Pokémon Café Mix is coming — a casual free-to-start puzzle game that will be available to play on the Nintendo Switch and also smart devices!
What do you get when you combine puzzle games with the Pokémon Café?

Players will take on the role of the owner of a café for Pokémon, solving puzzles by linking matching Pokémon icons to clear them from the screen. The puzzles will each have their own objectives, which will determine the moves that players will make.
Your café will also be outfitted with adorable Pokémon staff members, the first of which will be Eevee. By solving puzzles, you will be able to create new Pokémon-themed café offerings, which will in turn attract more Pokémon to join your staff (such as Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Meowth, Machoke, Electrode, Chansey, Piplup, Munchlax, Rowlet, and Pancham)!
Pokémon Café Mix will release on June 24. The game is now available for preload in the Nintendo eShop, as well as in the App Store and on Google Play.
