Almost immediately after the launch of Disney+ on November 12, Marvel fans have not only been able to browse through the vast catalog of all series, movies and shows related to the Marvel universe, they have also caught the first look at one of the highly-anticipated MCU spin-off series, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier starring Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes (The Winter Soldier) and Anthony Mackie as Sam Wilson (The Falcon) in the short documentary Marvel Studios Expanding the Universe.
While we already had a first look at the characters on the poster and small clip revealed at D23, we now have some official concept art of not only Sam and Bucky but also some of the other characters that are part of the series. There have been a total of five character designs presented on Disney+, which offer us not only a look at the design but also hint at a possible storyline.

We already know that Daniel Brühl is reprising his role as Zemo, but thanks to the character design we also know that there will be a relation to the character Baron Zemo from the comics.
Another character design is that of U.S. Agent, a rivaling character to Sam Wilson’s version of Captain America in the comics.

Last but not least, Agent 13, also known as Sharon Carter from Captain America: Civil War, will also be reprising her role and gets a new costume and character design.
As the show has just started production in early November, fans will sadly have to wait until late 2020 for the release exclusively on Disney+. Are you just as excited about the new Marvel content on the streaming platform? We know we can hardly wait for the first teaser or trailer that Marvel will hopefully throw our way sooner or later.
