Disneyland’s new Star Wars park, called Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, is getting closer to its May 31 opening. The park will include a themed restaurant called Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo, which will have a variety of dishes and drinks to choose from.

Guests will have the option of sitting indoors or outside, surrounded by Star Wars-esque crumbling walls. Up until June 23, reservations will be required in anticipation of high customer volumes. From June 24 on, no reservations will be required. With a little over a week before the opening date, they have released their menu options!

Below are a few of the dishes that will be offered at the restaurant. For the full menu, go here.

  • Bright Suns Morning – three-cheese egg bite, pork sausage, purple potato hash, mini Mustafarian lave roll.
  • Smoked Kaadu Ribs – sticky pork ribs, blueberry corn muffin, cabbage slaw.
  • Fried Endorian Tip-yip – crispy chicken, roasted vegetables, potato mash, herb gravy.
  • Batuubucha Tea – Suja pineapple passionfruit kombucha.

Disney describes the restaurant as:

At this restaurant housed in a working hangar bay, choose from a variety of dishes prepared with ingredients from across the galaxy—all of it delicious, but none of it familiar. Chef Strono “Cookie” Tuggs has docked a food freighter loaded with fresh supplies, and he’s ready to satisfy the appetites of visitors and locals alike with an array of exotic offerings. His planet-hopping travels allow him to prepare fare with unusual flavours that delight customers.
