Fear not, Supernatural fans, because if you squint, you should be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel of Supernatural’s summer hiatus.

That’s right! Season 14 of Supernatural begins filming today! The crew has already been hard at work for the last few weeks, and many of them shared their excitement with us on social media.

Co-executive producer Jim Michaels let us know on July 5th that Supernatural was working on their first tech survey:

Michaels posted again yesterday with some photos of the bunker:

And he’s back once more with the first photo from today!

Also today, assistant production coordinator, Emma Peterson, just shared that they’ve filmed their first scene!

Production co-coordinator, Jason Fischer, confessed the sate of the Supernatural office:

Rob Hayter, stunt coordinator, shared a photo of everybody’s favorite car:

We’ve also gotten a few hints about which cast members will be back for the first episode, including this photo of the script from Alexander Calvert (Jack):

Calvert had posted another photo first, but underestimated the fandom’s sleuthing skills and had to re-post after we figured out the title of the first episode: “Stranger in a Strange Land.”

Jim Beaver, who plays Bobby Singer, also shared his travel plans with us:

Christian Keyes, who played the AU version of Michael, also dropped a hint that his days on Supernatural aren’t necessarily over with this Tweet:

In past seasons, we’ve gotten first day filming photos from most of the cast, so keep your fingers crossed and eyes peeled on social media for more hints on who’s going to be included in the first episode. We’ll update this post with more information as it comes in, too!

Don’t forget to tune into the Season 14 premiere of Supernatural on Thursday, October 11 on the CW!
