‘Deadwood’ Movie Announced

Today at the Television Critics Association summer press tour, Casey Bloys, the president of HBO, announced that the Deadwood movie would start production in October of this year.

Deadwood had three seasons on HBO which ended in 2006. Supernatural alumni include Jim Beaver, who played Whitney Ellsworth, as well as Timothy Omundson who played Brom Garret for 4 episodes on the show.
