Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba‘s Swordsmith Village Arc is now available to stream on Hulu.
The 11-episode arc follows Tanjiro as he heads to the secret Swordsmith Village to speak with Hotaru Haganezuka about repairing his sword after defeating Daki and Gyutaro in the Entertainment District with Tengen Uzui. As he waits, two more upper-rank demons attack the village, and the Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito arrives to take them on alongside the Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanroji. As the fights ensue, Tanjiro, Muichiro, and Mitsuri must rely on some unlikely allies, including Genya Shinazugawa, to help them in their quest to defeat two of Muzan’s best.
The Swordsmith Village Arc featured a tighter-knit group than seasons past, with our quartet of Tanjiro, Inosuke, Zenitsu, and Nezuko being cut in half as Inosuke and Zenitsu stay behind at the Demon Slayer Corps Headquarters while Tanjiro and Nezuko venture out to Swordsmith Village.
The Swordsmith Village Arc is Demon Slayer‘s third season. It premiered on April 9, 2023 on Crunchyroll. Season 4 is in the works, but no release window has been revealed.
