For the first time, Webtoon and Ubisoft have collaborated to give us the gift of an Assassin’s Creed webcomic. Published by Redice Studio, Assassin’s Creed: Forgotten Temple will carry on the story of Edward Kenway.

Forgotten Temple will pick up where Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag left off. The aftermath will follow Kenway on a hunt that will travel the high seas. With pirates, a long-lost treasure, Those Who Came Before, the Templars, and assassins, what more could you want?

Redice Studio was quoted as saying, “Assassin’s Creed is a one-of-a-kind IP, and our goal was to create a work that would be appealing not only to fans of the original game but also to readers who are encountering the Assassin’s Creed IP for the first time through Webtook. We are thrilled to work with Ubisoft and Webtoon to tell a new side of the Edward James Kenway story set in Southeast Asia. We can’t wait for fans to dive into this rich new storyline and entry into the Assassin’s Creed universe.”

The first six episodes of the continuation of this epic story will be launched on April 24th, exclusively on Webtoon. There will be new episodes released weekly. Webtoon has 3 seasons currently mapped out. Fans will be able to spend 150 episodes in this world if things go as planned. Make sure to follow Webtoon and Ubisoft for any new updates.
