Earlier this month, Garrett Hedlund (Mudbound, Triple Frontier) released a new duet version of his song “Tulsa Night” featuring vocals from country singer and songwriter Caitlin Rose. Now, the song has a video with a live performance by the duo and Gideon Klein to accompany it.

This marks the second music video Hedlund has released this year, with the first being for his song “Best Ones.”

“Tulsa Night” was produced by Luke Wooten and co-written with Casey McGrath and John Goodwin. Hedlund began releasing solo tracks earlier this year, in addition to collaborating on two songs with Scarlett Burke for her scripted country music podcast Make It Up As We Go. However, his career as a musician dates back to the film Country Strong, for which he sang and played the guitar. Music has come up several times throughout the course of his acting career, as he can also be seen performing in Dirt Music and Lullaby.

Check out all of Hedlund’s music here.

Hedlund can currently be seen in Paramount+’s Sylvester Stallone-led series, Tulsa King. Follow along with our weekly coverage on the series here. His other upcoming projects the film adaptation of The Marsh King’s Daughter starring Daisy Ridley, The Tutor, and Nadine Crocker’s thriller Desperation Road. In the meantime, we’ve put together a list of six of his films and series you can stream right now.
