‘Joker: Folie à Deux’ Teaser Confirms Lady Gaga Will Star in Sequel

After igniting the internet, the Joker sequel from Todd Phillips, Joker: Folie à Deux, has confirmed Lady Gaga will star in the film.

In June it was reported that Gaga was in talks to play The Clown Princess of Crime, and a new teaser confirms just that. Set to “Cheek to Cheek” a glimpse of Joker (Joaquin Phoenix) is shown before cutting to Gaga and a dual shot of the both of them embracing. Both of their faces glow, revealing Joker’s clown makeup and Harley’s heart face tattoo.

Joker: Folie à Deux is set to debut in theaters on October 4, 2024. Production is expected to begin this December.
