It’s that time of year again! Goodreads has announced all the phenomenal nominees for their 2021 Goodreads Choice Awards, an annual celebration of our favorite works of literature as voted by the readers.

For the unfamiliar: you have the option to vote for one book from each of the 17 categories. Each category has 20 nominees within, and some examples of the different genres include fiction, mystery, graphic novels & comics, YA, and more.

Any books published between November 17, 2021 and November 15, 2022, with an average rating of 3.50 or higher, are eligible for the 2022 awards. The opening round runs from November 16 to November 28, followed by a final round from November 30 to December 5, with the winner announced December 9.

Check out the extensive list of nominees over at Goodreads!

Shannon is a Canadian (eh) writer for Nerds and Beyond. Though she joined in 2021, she's been a writer from a very young age. And like most writers, this of course means she doesn't actually write that often. She loves the MCU, Supernatural, queer content, horror (especially the work of Junji Ito), OFMD, and IWTV.
