‘The Contractor’ Starring Chris Pine Release Date Pushed Back

The Contractor, originally titled Violence of Action, starring Chris Pine, Ben Foster, and Gillian Jacobs has moved to a new release date.

From STXfilms The Contractor follows James Harper (Pine), a man who was involuntarily discharged from the Green Berets. He joins a paramilitary organization to help support his family. Traveling to Berlin on his first assignment, a black ops mission, he is investigating a mysterious threat. Along the way, he finds himself alone while people hunt him across Europe. His new mission is to stay alive long enough to return home and uncover the motive behind the people that betrayed him.

Instead of premiering December 10, The Contractor will now open on March 18, 2022.
