‘Star Wars’ Celebration Anaheim 2022 Moves to Earlier Dates

The last Star Wars Celebration in Chicago back in 2019 feels like it was ages ago after all that’s taken place in the world lately. Now, as we optimistically look toward a return to normalcy, Star Wars fans have been gifted exciting news from a galaxy far, far away — the dates of the next Star Wars Celebration in Anaheim, California, have been moved up so they’re now just over a year away, set for May 26-29, 2022!

Star Wars Celebration Anaheim was first scheduled to take place in August of 2020, but it had later been rescheduled for August 18-21, 2022 due to COVID-19. As per starwarscelebration.com, the dates have been adjusted to an earlier weekend in 2022 in order to provide the best fan experience possible. These new dates will provide fans with more incredible offerings to enjoy at the convention.

Current ticket holders who still wish to attend do not need to do anything and can expect to receive a new confirmation email in the coming months. For those who would like to request a refund instead, refund requests must be submitted before June 11. Check out the official FAQ page for more information.
