The newest film in The Princess Switch series has rounded out its casting with the announcement that Will Kemp, Amanda Donohoe, and Remy Hii will be joining this third installment of the Netflix film series.

Netflix has already announced an ensemble cast for the film that includes Sam Palladio, Nick Sagar, Florence Hall, Ricky Norwood, Suanne Braun, Mark Fleischmann, and Robin Soans. Kemp (Christmas Waltz, Spinning Out), Donohoe (Liar Liar, Blue Iguana), and Hii (Marco Polo) join this ensemble along with returning star Vanessa Hudgens to bring yet another Christmas romance to life onscreen. Kemp will be playing Hunter Cunard, a sophisticated international hotelier focused on acquiring valuable antiques and rare artifacts. Donohoe’s and Hii’s roles have yet to be defined.

The first The Princess Switch saw Hudgens playing look-a-likes—a Chicago baker named Stacy De Novo, and Belgravia Princess Lady Margaret—who switch lives for a day. The sequel, The Princess Switch: Switched Again, then saw Hudgens playing three roles as Duchess Margaret and Princess Stacy are faced with former party-girl, royal-cousin Fiona (also played by Hudgens) swoops in with her own agenda. According to Netflix The Princess Switch 3‘s storyline is:

When a priceless relic is stolen, Queen Margaret and Princess Stacy enlist the help of Margaret’s audacious look-alike cousin Fiona again who teams with a dashing, mysterious man from her past to retrieve it, rekindling the sparks of a tantalizing Christmas romance and resulting in a very unexpected switch.”

Part three has already been shot and can be expected to appear as part of Netflix’s Christmas lineup this year.
