‘Sweet Magnolias’ Begins Filming Season 2!
Season 2 of Netflix’s Sweet Magnolias has officially begun filming in Georgia! After the nail-biting ending of season 1, fans have been waiting eagerly for more. With filming underway, we can’t wait to finally see what’s to come out of the major cliffhanger in the final episode and what other antics everyone will get up to.
Season 1 followed Maddie Townsend (JoAnna Garcia Swisher), a freshly divorced mother of three kids that with the power of friendship and a lot of margaritas, is able to juggle relationships, family, and her career in the small southern town of Serenity with her two best friends Helen Decatur (Heather Headley), and Dana Sue Sullivan (Brooke Elliott).
Sweet Magnolias also stars Jamie Lynn Spears (Noreen Fitzgibbons), Logan Allen (Kyle Townsend), Chris Klein (Bill Townsend) Carson Rowland (Tyler Townsend), Anneliese Judge (Annie Sullivan), and Justin Bruening (Cal Maddox).
