RLJE Films has released the trailer for Shoplifters of the World, which stars Helena Howard, Ellar Coltrane, Elena Kampouris, Nick Krause, James Bloor, Thomas Lennon, and Joe Manganiello.
Directed by Stephen Kijak, Shoplifters of the World follows a group of four teenagers who embark on a night of partying to cope with the loss of The Smiths breaking up. While this is going on, another Smiths fan has taken it upon himself to take a local DJ hostage by holding him at gunpoint and forcing him to play nothing but The Smiths’ music. The group uses the radio station as their soundtrack to the night, going on a self-discovery journey that will transform them forever.
