New Music From Nick Jonas: Single “Spaceman” Is Available Now
Nick Jonas has officially released the first single for his upcoming album: the title track “Spaceman.”
Jonas’ first solo album since the the reunion of the Jonas Brothers in 2019, Spaceman will debut on March 12. The 28-year-old singer’s new album will include 11 new tracks, including “This Is Heaven,” “Sexual,” “Death Do Us Part,” as well as his new single “Spaceman.” Like many of the albums coming out this year, the songs are largely inspired by the ongoing pandemic and 2020 US election. Jonas himself has said that this album consists of four primary themes: distance, indulgence, euphoria, and commitment.
“Spaceman” dropped for streaming on multiple platforms on Thursday, February 25, and as a lyric video on YouTube on Friday, February 26. As the title track and first single, “Spaceman” sets the tone for the entire album. With pointed lyrics talking about the COVID-19 pandemic as well as references to the US election, the song is highly relatable lyrically as well as being a strong pop track musically.
Fans should enjoy this new track and will be looking forward to the rest of the album, which is available for pre-order here with either the original cover (as seen in our feature image above) or two limited special edition covers.
