Christmas Day may look a bit different for most this year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t make the best of it with a cozy day on the couch!

For those flipping through Netflix in search of a new family film to sit around and sip hot chocolate to, look no further, because Robert Rodriguez’s (Spy Kids, The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl 3-D) latest film is now streaming!

We Can Be Heroes follows the story of the Heroics, Earth’s superhero team that includes the likes of Marcus Moreno (Pedro Pascal), Tech-No (Christian Slater), Miracle Guy (Boyd Holbrook), Lavagirl (Taylor Dooley) and more. When they’re captured by alien invaders, the Heroics’ children are ushered to a government facility to keep them safe. Realizing that it’s now up to them to rescue their parents, Marcus’ daughter Missy (YaYa Gosselin) and the rest of the kids must team up and work together by using their individual powers in order to escape their mysterious government babysitter, Ms. Granada (Priyanka Chopra Jonas), and save the day.

Watch the trailer below, and stay tuned for our review!
