With quarantine leaving many of us stuck at home the last few months, fantasies of just getting in a car and driving somewhere (anywhere!) have begun to take hold. But what would happen if you just decided to go for it? That’s the premise behind Emilie de Ravin’s new series Making It Up As I Go. The actress, best known for her roles on Lost and Once Upon a Time, has been cooped up like the rest of us with her partner Eric Bilitch and their two children, Vera, 4, and Theo, 1.

But unlike the rest of us, de Ravin and Bilitch decided to do something bold: rent an RV and take a socially distanced road trip until the end of 2020, traveling wherever their imagination takes them. They’ll be documenting the journey (Bilitch is a filmmaker) in all its glory on Making It Up As I Go, with each half-hour episode premiering on de Ravin’s Instagram page every Tuesday. Looking to live vicariously through the de Ravin-Bilitch clan? Check out Making It Up As I Go below!

I am a nurse and dedicated nerd from Boston, MA. When I'm not at work, I'm rewatching old favorites like Supernatural or discovering my new obsessions (too many to count!). When not fangirling, I can be found reading, writing, or listening to a true crime podcast. You can find me on Twitter @juleswritesblog for more nerdy nonsense.
