Season two of Roswell, New Mexico has taken fans on a roller coaster of emotions. We’ve cried with Liz, worried about Isobel, and hoped beyond hope for Michael’s happiness. As the team works tirelessly to save Max, next week’s episode, “I’ll Stand By You,” promises to give us our first Michael-centric episode. Cast, crew, and Michael Vlamis himself have teased that the episode will reveal more on Michael’s background and those years following high school. The synopsis for the episode reads:
ACCEPTING REALITY — The discovery of some complications with Max’s (Nathan Dean) pod forces Liz (Jeanine Mason), Michael (Michael Vlamis) and Isobel (Lily Cowles) to confront the possibility that they may not be able to save him. Elsewhere, Maria (Heather Hemmens) and Alex (Tyler Blackburn) make amends. Kimberly McCullough directed the episode written by Alanna Bennett & Jason Gavin (#205).
The stills released this week reveal that Maria and Alex will finally have a heart to heart, Liz and Kyle are still working to rescue Max, and Michael is continuing his mission to rebuild their crashed space ship. Check them out below!
We can’t wait to learn more about Michael and get some answers to that episode four cliffhanger and what it means for Max. Roswell, New Mexico airs Mondays at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT on The CW.
