Regal Eagle Smokehouse Coming to Epcot and Hosted by Sam Eagle
Epcot has a few new restaurant additions, one of which is the Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts and Barbecue. Its host is someone familiar and fuzzy from The Muppets: Sam Eagle.
The restaurant will open soon in the American Adventure pavilion of Walt Disney World in Epcot. It takes its name from the ultra-patriotic Muppet, who will host a centennial cook-off there. It will be a salute to all cook-offs, but mostly barbecue.
The restaurant’s menu will feature some classic American barbecue items like Sliced Texas Beef Brisket Sandwich, Memphis Dry-Rub Pork Ribs, Power Green Salad with chilled pulled chicken, citrus and citrus vinaigrette, and many more options. For dessert, they have things like Banana Pudding, S’mores Brownie, or a cup of fresh watermelon garnished with torn mint.
