At today’s Destination D23, Josh D’Amaro and Bruce Vaughn shared some insights into Walt Disney World’s upcoming updates, including what will happen to the existing Dinoland in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

The duo stated that there’s a long way to go and a lot more to do, but that Disney Imagineering is working through how to update the land. With that, they mentioned that they’re working on the idea of bringing Disney’s Encanto and Indiana Jones over to that part of the park for a new, reimagined land.

Indiana Jones already has a show in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but this would be the first time Encanto would have a dedicated space at Walt Disney World.

No further details were announced since they’re so early in the process, but it’s exciting to see what they have planned!
