Margrette Bird Pictures has released the trailer for their upcoming documentary Stu’s Show. The documentary focuses on Stu Shostak, a TV historian since the 70s and Lucille Ball’s personal archivist and friend. He also hosts an internet talk show whose guests include classic TV stars, writers, directors, producers, and authors. You can learn more about the talk show here.

Stu’s Show will give viewers an inside look into Shostak’s life, including the effect of Lucille Ball’s death, meeting fellow Lucille super-fan Jeanine Kasun and fighting for her life. The trailer provides a glimpse of Shostak’s exuberant personality and his love of classic television.

Stu’s Show is set to release in early 2020. It was produced by CJ Wallis and Mallory Kennedy, who also produced the award winning documentary Perfect Bid: The Contestant Who Knew Too Much, which is currently available to stream on Netflix.
