Last month, Critical Role revealed their fall programming. They announced a new season of Pub Draw, as well as a new round of Everything Is Content, the continuation of Travis Willingham’s Yee-haw Game Ranch and, of course, Critical Role and its aftershow, Talks Machina.

They also revealed that Brian W. Foster, writer, poet, and host of Talks Machina, would be leading a special four part mini-series called UnDeadwood, where they will be using the Deadlands Reloaded RPG system. Also joining him are regular Critical Role cast members Travis Willingham, Marisha Ray, and Matthew Mercer, as well as guests Khary Payton (The Walking Dead) and Anjali Bhimani (Overwatch). The show is produced by Brian W. Foster and Ivan Van Norman (Sagas of Sundry).

The trailer for the series has dropped, and while expectations were already high before, now they are through the roof! Set in the town of Deadwood, a group of citizens have been brought together to investigate the rumors of supernatural happenings and illegal actions. Will they come out on top, or will evil prevail? Tune in on the Critical Role Twitch channel on Friday. October 18 at 7 pm PDT for the first episode of this epic story.

Despite having been a fangirl for as long as she can remember, it wasn’t until Emelie left the security of her hometown in the north of Sweden for the hustle and bustle of Gothenburg, that she found her tribe and really immersed herself in fandom. She currently works as second line field engineer tech support, and shares her home with cats Loki and Stiles. In her free time you can find her either playing Dungeons & Dragons 5e, or on Twitter (@killingnormalcy) yelling about Critical Role, Marvel, Twenty One Pilots, and Overwatch.
