The sorting quiz on the Pottermore website is getting a makeover. There is no release date as of yet, but it will get a new design for the online experience — it will also be available on their app that they are making. In the clip on the Twitter announcement, you can see what looks to be bright house colors peeking through the worn exterior as the Hat says,
“Oh, you may not think I’m pretty, but don’t judge on what you see, I’ll eat myself if you can find a smarter hat than me.”

The Hogwarts Sorting Hat gives a reading of its creation by singing cryptic songs when it is on a person’s head. The Hat is pretty accurate when choosing between the four houses of Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff, and Gryffindor. What house do you belong in?
