
D23 may be coming to a close but that doesn’t mean the announcements have stopped. Today, at the Disney Parks panel more exciting details were released on the upcoming Avengers Campus coming to Disney California Adventure park in 2020.

Opening in Phase one, the first stop will be the Worldwide Engineering Brigade, also known as “WEB”, which will feature the first Spider-Man ride-through attraction. The attraction will give you a little insight about what’s it’s like to have actual super powers as you assist the web-slinger himself collect rampant Spider-Bots. In addition, you’ll be able to test drive the newest invention, the “Web Slinger”, which will give you Spider-Man’s ability to shoot webs!

Also on the campus you can find Pym Test Kitchen. A name you might remember from the likes of Ant-Man, Ant-Man and the Wasp, and Avengers: Endgame, they’ll be using “Pym Particles” to grow and shrink an array of foods in the eatery.
Want to make an encounter with your favorite superhero? You’ll be able to do that, too! Throughout the campus will be Black Widow, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Doctor Strange, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Iron Man, and other heroes from the likes of Wakanda and Asgard.

And of course, what would the Avengers campus be without the headquarters themself. This will open in Phase Two and become the entrance to a brand new E-Ticket ride that takes you on a Quinjet alongside the Avengers off to Wakanda and end up in a battle for the universe! You’ll be able to team up your favorite Avengers to save the world against their most powerful adversary yet. Also, keep an eye out, you never know who you’ll spot on patrol on the roof Headquarters.

Need to call on help from a friend? The storyline of the Avengers Campus will be connected to Hong Kong, Paris, and California Marvel lands in the attacks against Hydra and Thanos.

Also opening next summer in Paris will be Disney’s Hotel New York- The Art of Marvel. It will feature over 300 curated pieces of art and celebrate the 80 years of Marvel thus far. Rooms will include one-of-a-kind suites focusing on your favorite heroes (like Spider-Man) and offer a dedicated space to meet the heroes themselves.
