New Music From Jeremy Renner Available Now!

Music? Jeremy Renner? What?
Let’s back up a bit. So yes — Hollywood star and Avengers veteran Jeremy Renner is also a very talented singer and has even released a couple new songs. This isn’t Renner’s first foray into the world of music, either, with some of his more recent accomplishments being a cover of Crash Test Dummies’ “Mmm Mmm Mmm Mmm” for the Tag soundtrack and a collaboration with DJ Sam Feldt on the song “Heaven (Don’t Have a Name)” last year.
Renner posted a teaser for one of his new releases earlier this week, which caught some fans by surprise.

A couple days after the teaser, not one but two songs were officially released. The first, titled “Heaven Don’t Have a Name,” is Renner’s own version of the aforementioned song that was released last year. The second is a cover of The Animals’ “House of the Rising Sun,” which Renner actually shared the cover art for (sans text, with no mention of music!) on social media last week.
Both songs are catchy and truly solid examples of Renner’s lesser known talent — singing. They can be streamed and/or purchased on most major platforms, such as Spotify, iTunes, and Google Play.
Music was a first love for Renner, before acting came along. He started on the drums around age 12, played in garage bands growing up, and eventually moved on to piano and guitar in an attempt to further his music composition abilities. Though he has continuously dabbled in music throughout his life, he only began taking it seriously within the past few years.

Those hoping to hear more music from Renner are in luck, because he recorded the entire soundtrack (and plays a voice role) for the upcoming animated feature Arctic Dogs! A behind-the-scenes documentary was even filmed while the score was created to provide an up-close-and-personal look at the recording process.
Though Renner has not confirmed if and when he will release an actual album, there’s a good chance that he’ll continue to produce and release more music in his recording studio in the future.
