Fans of Black Mirror learned today that the fifth season of the hit anthology series will arrive on Netflix on June 5th.
A trailer for the three-episode season was released this morning. In it, we can see glimpses of frantic scenes, including one man’s very public live-streamed breakdown, and a fight scene in what appears to be a video game.
Actors seen in the exciting trailer include Andrew Scott, Anthony Mackie, Miley Cyrus, and Topher Grace.
According to IMDb.com, the first episode is titled “Striking Vipers” (starring Mackie), and the second episode is titled “Smithereens” (starring Scott). The title of the third episode is not listed on IMDb.com, but we do know that Cyrus will appear in that one. In which episode(s) Grace appears is unknown.
Black Mirror‘s last episode was titled “Bandersnatch” and offered viewers an interactive choose-your-own-adventure story. It was released on Netflix on December 28th.
