Robbie and Stephen Amell Start Filming “Code 8”
Last year, actors Robbie Amell and Stephen Amell announced that they were launching a Indiegogo campaign to make their first feature film together, called “Code 8”. Their fundraising goal was originally set to $200,000, which was fully funded just two days after launching. The campaign reached over $1,720,000 – thanks to help of dedicated fans.
“Code 8” stars Robbie, Stephen and Sung Kang. The film takes place sometime in the future, where 4% of the population are born with a type of supernatural ability, where they live in poverty and force the police to become more militarized. Robbie will be playing Taylor Reed and Sung Kang plays Alex Park.
