We have great news for Bridgerton fans. Whilst we wait for season 2 to arrive on Netflix, we will have Bridgerton: The Official Podcast to listen to!
Bridgerton, based upon a series of novels by Julia Quinn, is set in Regency Era England and tells the story of Daphne Bridgerton and Simon Basset, the Duke of Hastings, as they pretend to court.
The hit Netflix show has taken the world by storm, and now we can take a dive behind the scenes with the official podcast. The show will be hosted by Gabrielle Collins, alongside her co-hosts: researcher Annabelle Hood, season 1 writer Jess Brownell, and historian Dr. Hannah Greig. The podcast promises a unique insight into the show, including its sets and costumes, and we can’t wait to hear from this interesting collection of hosts.
The announcement of the podcast on Twitter already teases us with details that we can’t wait for, including interviews with author Julia Quinn and Adjoa Andoh (Lady Danbury). Most temptingly, we will get to listen to the story of Jonathan Bailey (Anthony Bridgerton) ripping his trousers on set!
We can’t wait to check it out! The podcast will drop on February 18, so make sure you give it a listen on the iHeartRadio app or wherever you listen to your podcasts. Bridgerton is also available to watch now on Netflix.
