Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s Food & Wine Festival is set to take place on Saturday, March 16 this year. The event will feature more than 35 dishes to pair with over 100 wines, craft brews, and cocktails. Attendees will taste a variety of foods while listening to an equally diverse concert line-up. The Food & Wine Festival runs weekends from March 16 to April 28 and is included with admission to the park.
In addition to returning favorites, this year’s menu features many new flavors drawing inspiration from all over the country. Just a few of the dishes that will be included are northern California grilled lamb chops with a 15-year balsamic drizzle, and Tex-Mex classics like chorizo queso fundido with sweet onions and shishito peppers or grilled elote.
Hawaiian-inspired dishes including a pineapple upside down cake and Kona-crusted filet mignon will also be available. Returning guests can take a trip down memory lane and visit the 60th Anniversary cabin which will have recipes inspired by historical Busch Gardens’ treats.
Throughout the event, guests can also explore exotic spirits at signature vodka, bourbon, ice wine, tequila and sparkling wine tastings.
The Food & Wine Festival sampler offers guest a way to sample everything on offer. Pick from a five, eight, or twelve item sampler lanyard pass to use at each festival cabin offerings with ease. Pass members can also purchase an exclusive 15-item sampler for the same price as a 12-item sampler.
