‘Kevin Can F**k Himself’: AMC Series Will End After Season 2

AMC announced that Kevin Can F**k Himself will end after its upcoming second season (confirmed by TV Line in an exclusive report). The series stars Schitt’s Creek Emmy winner Annie Murphy as Allison, a stereotypical sitcom wife who begins to realize she wants more from life than being the butt of the joke. AMC renewed the series back in August after the season 1 finale.

There is no word yet on a premiere date for the eight-episode second (and now final) season. Season 1 is available now on AMC+.

2021 Gotham Awards: Full Winner’s List Revealed

The Gotham Awards were handed out on November 29 in New York City, and the full winner’s list is now available! The annual ceremony honors the best in independent film and television and is one of the first major award ceremonies on the road to the Academy Awards nominations. The big winner of the night on the film side was The Lost Daughter, Maggie Gyllenhaal’s directorial debut, while in television, Squid Game and Reservation Dogs came away victorious. ‘Men in Kilts: A Roadtrip with Sam and Graham’ Renewed for Season 2

Sam Heughan and Graham McTavish are hitting the road again in the STARZ docuseries Men in Kilts: A Raodtrip with Sam and Graham, which has been renewed for a second season.

In the first season, the Outlander stars explored the rich, complex heritage of their native country of Scotland. Heughan and McTavish met with local artisans and experts and visited various historical sites such as the heart of Scotland at Glencoe, Inverness, and the Culloden Battlefield.

In season two, the duo will be visiting the beautiful island country of New Zealand, where they will dive into the Scottish influence of New Zealand while exploring its history.

The second season of Men in Kilts will have six episodes, but there is no premiere date yet.

‘West Side Story’: Tickets On Sale Now!

Tickets are officially on sale for West Side Story! The highly anticipated film from director Steven Spielberg hits theaters on December 10. 20th Century Studios also announced that the soundtrack album for the musical would be released by Hollywood Records in digital and Dolby Atmos formats on December 3.

The CD will be available on Dec. 10 and can be pre-ordered here; the vinyl will be available in early 2022. Both physical versions will include liner notes by West Side Story Music Consultant John Williams. The full track listing was also released, which you can see below.

Miley Cyrus and Pete Davidson Hosting NBC’s New Year’s Eve Special

Ready to leave 2021 behind in the dust? Miley Cyrus and Pete Davidson are as well. The two are gearing up to host a New Year’s Eve special titled Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party Hosted by Miley Cyrus and Pete Davidson.

There will be lots of surprise guests and musical performances throughout the evening. The guest announcements are coming in the weeks leading up to the event.

The special, which legendary Saturday Night Live creator Lorne Michaels will produce, will be live-streamed from Miami on Peacock from 10:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. EST on Friday, December 31.

‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’: Season 4 Coming to Amazon Prime February 2022

The future is bright for Midge and her friends. Amazon has announced that season 4 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel will premiere in February 2022. In order to celebrate the news, the streaming service has released a new poster and a new trailer for the upcoming season.

Rachel Brosnahan returns as Midge as she figures out what she wants to do after spending time on the road with Shy (Leroy McClain) with the help of her manager Susie (Alex Borstein).

The schedule for new episode release is a bit different this time around. Two new episodes will premiere each Friday for four weeks.

The first two episodes will premiere February 18, 2022. The first trailer for the new series can be viewed below.

‘Locke & Key’: Sherri Saum Promoted to Series Regular Ahead of Season 3

Ahead of the Locke & Key season 3 premiere on Netflix, Sherri Saum is officially moving to a series regular role, as first reported by Deadline.

Saum portrays Ellie Whedon, one of Rendell’s childhood friends that has past experiences with the Keys. Upon her return to Keyhouse, she’s reminded of her haunting past.

In season 1, Nina Locke and her three children moved into their ancestral home, Keyhouse, which is filled with magical Keys. The kids hope to use them to find answers to their father’s untimely death. By season 2, a new threat has emerged in Matheson that has a plan of his own for the Keys.

Locke & Key also stars Laysla De Oliveira (Dodge), Coby Bird (Rufus Whedon), and Griffin Gluck (Gabe). Aaron Ashmore (Duncan Locke), Hallea Jones (Eden Hawkins), and Brendan Hines are series regulars for the upcoming season.

The first two seasons of Locke & Key are available to stream on Netflix. Season 3 will premiere in 2022.

Three Days Grace Announce Upcoming Album ‘EXPLOSIONS’ With Release of New Single “So Called Life”

After a three year wait, alternative rock legend Three Days Grace have announced that a new album is on its way!

After promoting the release of their latest single “So Called Life,” which dropped on November 29, the platinum certified rock band surprised fans by announcing they will be coming out with their seventh album in 2022 called EXLPOSIONS. “So Called Life” is the first single off said upcoming album, which is officially set to drop on May 6 via RCA Records.

Formed in 1997, Three Days Grace has been a longstanding icon in the rock world. The Canadian band have released six studio albums so far starting in 2003 with a self-titled debut album. Releasing an album about every three years, their first three albums, Three Days Grace, One-X, and Life Starts Now have all been certified platinum. Their last three albums, Transit of Venus, Human, and Outsider have all been in the top 10 of the Billboard Top Rock Albums. Even with a major lineup change in which their lead vocalist left in 2013, the alternative metal band has proven they are here to stay, topping the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart with 15 No. 1 songs and winning Rock Artist of the Year on the 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards.

‘Vikings: Valhalla’ Premiere Date and New Images Revealed

Netflix’s Vikings spin-off Vikings: Valhalla starring Sam Corlett as Leif Erikson will premiere this February. Set 100 years after History’s Vikings series, it will introduce an entirely new crew that is still connected to their ancestors.

Netflix ordered 24 episodes spanning over multiple seasons. Ahead of the series premiere, season 2 wrapped up production in Ireland in early November.

“Vikings: Valhalla begins in the early 11th century and chronicles the legendary adventures of some of the most famous Vikings who ever lived – Leif Eriksson, Freydis Eriksdotter, Harald Hardrada and the Norman King William the Conqueror. These men and women will blaze a path as they fight for survival in the ever changing and evolving world.”

Alongside Corlett’s Erikson, the Vikings: Valhalla cast also includes Freydis Eriksdotter (Frida Gustavsson), Harald Sigurdsson (Leo Suter), King Canute (Bradley Freegard), Olaf Haraldson (Jóhannes Jóhannesson), Emma of Normandy (Laura Belin), Earl Godwin (David Oakes), Jarl Haakon (Caroline Henderson), Queen (Pollyanna McIntosh), and Jarl Kåre (Asbjørn Korgh Kissen).

Vikings: Valhalla will premiere on February 25 on Netflix.
