With The CW’s Walker gearing up to premiere in just a few short months, they have added a new member to the cast of familiar faces, Alex Landi (Grey’s Anatomy).
First reported by Deadline, Landi will star in a recurring role in the reimagined Walker with Jared Padalecki that is based on the classic Walker: Texas Ranger that starred Chuck Norris as the lead. In the reboot, Walker (Padalecki) is a widower and a father of two children that returns home to Austin, Texas, after being undercover for two years. On his arrival home, he discovers that there is a lot of work that needs to be done.
Landi will play Bret, who is Liam’s (Keegan Allen) fiancé. Although Bret loves Liam unconditionally, they have different perspectives on where they want to end up together — Bret thinks they should move to Manhattan, which he believes is their perfect place to expand on their relationship.
