Zoey Stark vs. Rhea Ripley Set for Survivor Series: WarGames

Rhea Ripley will defend the Women’s World Championship against Zoey Stark at Survivor Series: WarGames.

Zoey Stark has risen to popularity quickly after a very captivating run in NXT promoted her to the main roster. She spent a few months working with WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus before going off on her own. At Crown Jewel she was part of a five-way match for the Women’s World title. With the powerhouse in Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, and Raquel Rodriguez alongside champion Ripley, Stark was noticeably an “underdog” but that didn’t stop her from showing just why she should be in that match. She was close to beating Ripley for the title with her Z-360 but as these matches go, the pin was broken up before she could get the fall. On Monday Night RAW, Stark competed in a Battle Royal that saw the likes of Becky Lynch, Jax, Baszler, Natalya, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Chelsea Green and Piper Niven, Xia Li, Nikki Cross, Maxxine Dupri, Indi Hartwell, Ivy Nile, Katana Chance and Kayden Carter, Rodriguez, and Stark. Baszler and Stark were the last two competitors in the ring when Stark eliminated her to get the #1 contender’s spot.

Survivor Series: WarGames streams live on Peacock in the U.S. and on the WWE Network everywhere else Saturday, November 25 at 8 ET/5 PT.
